Share our hashtag #TBAALRiverfrontJazzFestival, a minimum of 500 times, to enter a chance to win airfare, hotel and (1) 3-Day Pass to The Black Academy of Arts and Letters (TBAAL) Riverfront Jazz Festival, Labor Day Weekend, Sept. 1-3, 2017 in Dallas, Texas. Estimated value over $2,000.

CONTEST RULES

Contest will be open to those individuals who follow @tbaal on Instagram, Twitter, and TheBlackAcademy on Facebook, provided that entrant is a legal resident of the continental U.S., with a minimum 18 years of age at the time of entry. Limited to one entry per social media account. Void where prohibited by law. Selected winner(s) will be announced by Visit Dallas on Monday, July 31, 2017 at 12pm (CST) on Facebook Live. After the winner(s) have been announced on Facebook Live, the winner(s) must e-mail his or her full name and mailing address to info@tbaal.org. Email must be received, to accept or decline, within 48 hours of announcement or their entry may be disqualified. TBAAL cannot be held responsible for any damage to computer equipment related to participating in this promotion, or the failure of any system that prevents the announcement of the winner(s). Items being distributed are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Consumers who obtain items are responsible for any and all taxes.

Promotion begins at 8:00 am (CST) on Monday, May 29, 2017 and ends at 11:59pm (CST) on Monday, July 17, 2017 when giveaways are fulfilled. Only one winner per household. The winner(s) will be required to show valid photo ID and complete an affidavit of eligibility and waiver of liability before prize(s) can be awarded. Both affidavit of eligibility and waiver of liability must be notarized. Un-notarized forms will not be accepted. Employees of TBAAL, employees’ family members, any companies or employees contracted with TBAAL or the promotion or production of the Riverfront Jazz festival are not eligible to enter or win.
