IMPORTANT: This request is for (1) media credential personnel. Each media personnel MUST submit an individual credential request.

I have fully read and agree to the terms of The Black Academy of Arts and Letters, Inc. (TBAAL) credential use conditions. I understand that by submitting my request, I am not guaranteed a credential.


I understand that sharing or duplicating issued 8th Riverfront Jazz Festival media credential is prohibited.


Upon approval, The Black Academy of Arts and Letters, Inc. (TBAAL) will send you a confirmation email with additional details. Due to high-volume requests, we will not send individual denial responses.

Influencer/Content Creator Promotional Requirements

Applicants applying as Influencers, Social Media Creators, or Content Creators may be invited to participate in a promotional marketing campaign prior to receiving final credential approval.


Selected creators will be required to complete:


  • A minimum of six (6) promotional social media posts between July 1, 2026 - August 21, 2026

  • Content may be published on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube

  • Promotional content may include reposts, shared promotional materials, stories, reels, and/or original video content

  • All promotional content must tag tbaal and include the official hashtags:

    • #TBAAL

    • #9thRJF


Creators who do not complete the required promotional campaign guidelines may not be considered for media or creator credentials.


Completion of promotional requirements does not guarantee credential approval.

TBAAL Media Credential Disclaimer


The information submitted on this form is for credential review and contact purposes only. Submission of this request does not guarantee approval or issuance of media credentials.


Media credentials are non-transferable and may not be shared, duplicated, sold, or reassigned.


Each media representative, photographer, influencer, videographer, or content creator must submit an individual credential request form.


I understand that I am only permitted to cover assigned media areas. Entering restricted or unauthorized areas may result in the revocation of my media badge and/or removal from the event.


I understand that a media badge does not include seating access. We kindly ask that media personnel refrain from using general admission seating or reserved tables.


Approved applicants will receive a confirmation email with additional festival coverage details. Due to the volume of requests received, individual denial notifications may not be issued.

Photography & Video Acknowledgement


By attending the Riverfront Jazz Festival, credential holders acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings may be captured by The Black Academy of Arts and Letters, Inc. (TBAAL) for promotional, archival, and marketing purposes. I understand that The Black Academy of Arts and Letters (TBAAL) is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or misplaced. TBAAL does not provide an official storage area for personal belongings.
