Welcome Jazz Festival Vendors!

Thank you for your interest in The Black Academy of Arts and Letters' 7th Annual Riverfront Jazz Festival. The three-day festival takes place Aug. 30-Sep. 1, 2024 at the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center Theatre Complex/Black Academy of Arts and Letters, 1309 Canton Street, Dallas, TX. 75201.

This vendor application is for commercial, non-commercial, and non-profit vendors. Acceptance of vendor applications and payments will close sooner, if available space is expended before the deadline, July 31, 2024.

Please note, Food vendors must secure a Temporary Special Event Food Permit, issued by the City of Dallas' Code Compliance Department. A letter of invitation will be sent to food vendors after receipt and approval of festival applciation. It is our goal to have an assortment of vendors at the Festival, rather than multiple vendors with an abundance of the same food(s).

Mobile food vendors may use their current Mobile Food Service Permit but be prepared to show your LPG (Liquid, Propane & Gas) permit if propane is used.  Vendors will not be allowed on property if required permits are not presented.

Additionally, vendors must provide a copy of Comprehensive General Liability Insurance as detailed inside the application
