Welcome Jazz Festival Vendors!

Thank you for your interest in The Black Academy of Arts and Letters' 7th Annual Riverfront Jazz Festival. The three-day festival takes place Aug. 30-Sep. 1, 2024 at the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center Theatre Complex/Black Academy of Arts and Letters, 1309 Canton Street, Dallas, TX. 75201.

This vendor application is for commercial, non-commercial and non-profit vendors. Acceptance of vendor applications and payments will close sooner, if available space is expended before the deadline, July 31, 2024.

Please note, Food vendors must secure a Temporary Special Event Food Permit, issued by the City of Dallas' Code Compliance Department. Mobile food vendors may use their current Mobile Food Service Permit but please be prepared to show a LPG (Liquid, Propane & Gas) permit if propane is used.  Vendors will not be allowed on property if required permits are not presented. 

 

Additionally, all vendors, must be prepared to provide a copy of Comprehensive General Liability Insurance.
